Kathleen’s Amazing Progress Getting Her Cholesterol Under Control

“I have to share this with you! I’ve had high cholesterol since Colt was a baby. I’ve never wanted to go on medicine and have seriously put off seeing a doctor about it, but it always shows up every year on my health screenings. I’m seriously in awe and I feel like I can only attribute it to the gym!!! In 2022 (4 months after joining CFT): My triglycerides and LDL were through the roof. Almost doubled the average reading. In 2023 (about 18 months since joining CFT): Improvements really started to show. And now, this Friday (almost 2.5 years into CFT): My numbers have SIGNIFICANTLY improved!”
