We’re excited to meet you and kick things off. Your first step is a Free Intro, a 45-minute private session before jumping in to class where we’ll walk you through everything you need to know.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Your coach will guide you through a movement assessment to understand your starting point and ensure safe, effective training.

  • You’ll get a feel for how we train and what we do in class.

  • We’ll answer all your questions.

You don’t need to bring anything but yourself. We’ll handle the rest.
