We’re so excited to announce that CFT Kids is up and running! Watching our youngest athletes grow stronger, learn new skills, and have fun while doing it has been nothing short of incredible.

Led by the talented Coach Sophia, our kids' program is designed to teach foundational fitness skills in a way that’s engaging, safe, and age-appropriate. Whether they’re mastering a new movement or building teamwork and confidence, the lessons go beyond the gym—our kids are learning skills that will benefit them for life.
