Recap: InBody Scan Day – A Huge Success!

This past Monday, we had an incredible InBody Scan Day at CrossFit Trussville, and we couldn’t be more excited about the turnout and the knowledge everyone gained. For just $10, participants got a full body composition analysis, including muscle mass, fat percentage, and other key metrics. It was the perfect opportunity for our CFT family to establish a baseline before heading into the holidays, when it’s all too easy to lose track of health goals.

But it didn’t stop there! Many athletes opted to add on a Nutrition Consult for just $20 more, receiving personalised tips and guidance to help them reach their fitness goals. The value was unbeatable, and we’re so proud of everyone who took this opportunity to invest in their health and functional fitness.

The energy on Monday was electric! Everyone showed up eager to learn about their body’s current state, and we were blown away by how many people also signed up for Nutrition Consults. Taking that extra step shows real dedication to long-term health and fitness. And we’re not just talking about body composition—many of our athletes walked away with a much deeper understanding of their overall health, including tips to improve both nutrition and performance.

Quick Tips for a Successful InBody Scan

If you missed this one, don’t worry—we’ll have more InBody Scan Days in the future! Here are some important tips to remember before your next scan to ensure you get the most accurate results:

  • DO stay hydrated – water balance plays a big role in the accuracy of your scan.

  • DO fast for 2-3 hours beforehand – this helps provide a true reflection of your body composition.

  • DO use the restroom before your scan – this ensures your body is ready for a precise measurement.

  • DON’T exercise or consume caffeine right before the scan – both can temporarily affect your results.

Track Your Progress with the App 📱
