Last month, we had the privilege of hosting a fantastic seminar led by Dr. Stephanie Perez, and we cannot express how grateful we are for her expertise and time. Stephanie's workshop on pelvic floor health provided valuable insights to our athletes, coaches, and community of strong women who are eager to learn how to "lift like a lady."
From sharing how to support your body during pregnancy to offering safe and effective strategies for postpartum athletes, Stephanie covered so much important information. The energy in the room was palpable as our attendees soaked up every tip and technique, and left feeling empowered and more confident in their fitness journey.
What Our Ladies Took Away from the Seminar
