Our group classes are designed to deliver a great workout whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or already love working out.

We offer a wide variety of group training programs to suit your needs. Whether you are a complete beginner, coming back to training after a long time off or ready to push your training further.

  • Foundations

    The absolute best place to start before beginning CrossFit or ReBoot class. Perfect for newcomers, our Foundations course is a 1-week 3 session semi-private training program designed to set the stage for your success. Become acclimated to movement. This program covers the 9 foundational exercises essential for accelerating your starting point. Kickstart your fitness journey with six private training sessions plus a nutrition session.

  • CrossFit

    Constantly varied functional fitness tailored to push your limits and maximize your athletic potential. Lift, move, work, become a tougher human. Build strength, boost endurance, look better, feel better and join a supportive community. CrossFit is suitable for all levels and ages.

  • ReBoot

    45-minute fun, functional and challenging classes blending, cardio, lean strength and functional fitness; without the barbell or pull-up rig. Achieve health, confidence, and a stronger you, all tailored to your busy lifestyle. Beginner-friendly and suitable for all ages.

  • CFT Kids (7-11)

    Inspire your child's love for fitness with CFT Kids! Our program combines fun, safe, and age-appropriate workouts that promote strength, agility, and confidence - all the while having a positive role model. Designed for children 7-11 of all fitness levels,
