We Learn About You

Your coach sits down with you one-on-one before you ever touch a barbell. Goals, history, injuries, lifestyle — we want the full picture so we can put you in the right program from day one, not six weeks in.

Comfortable clothes and athletic shoes is all you need. We handle everything else — water, equipment, and a coach who's ready for you. No gear, no prep, no experience required.

  • Yes! Every workout can be scaled to your fitness level, whether you’re brand new or an experienced athlete.

  • Absolutely. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level. We’ll adjust movements, weights, and intensity so you feel challenged but never overwhelmed. Many of our members started where you are now. You just show up — we handle the rest.

  • Not at all. Your first sessions are all about learning the movements, understanding the flow of class, and building confidence. You’ll be eased in at a pace that works for you.

  • At a regular gym, you’re often on your own. Here, every class is coach-led, programmed for you, and filled with people cheering you on. You get expert guidance, accountability, and community — every time you walk in.

  • Yes. CrossFit Trussville membership may qualify for reimbursement through your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account. We're one of the few gyms in the area that actively helps members navigate this. Ask your coach during your intro or visit our HSA/FSA page for the details.
